FC Consulting Engineer (FCCE) is a small professional consulting engineering, architectural, and expediting firm based in Hollis, NY.  Mr. Frantz Camulaire, founder, is a licensed professional engineer with over 18 years experience in designing systems.  He has gained valuable experience working with several design firms in the New York City area and has created partnerships with several experienced engineers and architects to form FC Consulting Engineer, PLLC.

Our team of talented and experienced engineers and architects are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of quality professional services.

In today's large engineering firms the projects are managed by junior project managers/engineers with very little partner/principal participation, resulting in low quality designs and high change orders. At FCCE, our principals and project managers take a hands-on approach to management, assisting with and approving each design.  All design documents are thoroughly reviewed for quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) before submitted for construction.

Our goal is to save the owner money by providing cost effective solutions to the particular challenges of each project and to minimize any change orders due to design errors or omissions.
